Join ECASIA 2024 with a poster presentation

While abstract submission for oral presentations is now closed, we still welcome abstracts for poster presentations.

Please submit your abstract for a poster presentation (A0) using the link below.

Guidelines for the abstract submission

Your submission should be written in English.
Your abstract should not contain more than 400 words.
The abstract title should not contain more than 120 characters.
You can upload up to one figure/image to your abstract.
Please add three to five keywords to your abstract.
Only poster presentations available.

Each poster will be on display during the whole Conference and you are asked to mount your poster on Monday June 10 upon arrival to the Conference. Mounting material will be provided.

Poster Session will take place on Tuesday between 17.30-19.30, poster should be manned during the session.

Poster measurements

The suggested poster size is A0, portrait style. Please avoid LANDSCAPE orientation. The size of your poster should not be larger than 90cm (width) x 120cm (height).

Please note that only abstracts where the presenting author is registered for the Conference will be scheduled in the program, registration deadline is April 30. Please visit the registration page www.ecasia2024.com/registration for registration information.
