On-site registration is located in the F-hall and are open from June 9, 14.00-18.00 and on June 10 from 08.00, the registration will then be open during Conference hours.
Bring your confirmation which contains a barcode that is scanned on the spot to get your name badge. The barcode will also be sent via SMS to the specified mobile number.
All participants receive a name badge and for safety reasons, we kindly ask you to wear it during all meeting days. The name badge is also valid as a ticket to the Excursion and Conference dinner if you have signed up for this.
If you have a smartphone and have entered your mobile number when you registered for the meeting, you should have received an SMS sent to you with a link to the mobile web. Via the mobile web, you get access to the list of participants, the program, practical information about the meeting, etc.
Tip! Save the link to the start page on the phone and you have easy access to the mobile web throughout the meeting.
The registration fee includes admission to the meeting, conference materials, all coffee breaks & lunches, the welcome reception, poster session and the conference dinner. However, in order to help us in our planning and to reduce food waste we would like you to sign up if you are attending these events. For an accompanying person there is a fee for the excursion and the dinner.
